We at Recruit Plus deduct all required remittances (CPP,EI, WSIB, EHT, Federal and Provincial taxes). We provide a Record of Employment on the conclusion of the employer/employee relationship and follow provincial laws regarding termination regarding notice and/or severance pay. Statutory holidays are paid based on the ESA formula and vacation pay is paid weekly along with their regular pay. We ensure that required WSIB certificates are renewed prior to their expiration and we do not hold back pay at any time.
